This position will play a vital role in managing our D2C sales via our Shopify site, and our branding efforts on social media.

Position: eCommerce Manager
Location: On-site (Buffalo NY, Dallas TX, Miami FL), Hybrid OR Fully Remote
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the Verdi.com Shopify site
- Manage overall site merchandising and consumer site journey for optimal experience
- Serve as the lead role in developing and executing overall eCommerce strategy
- Survey brands’ remarketing strategy to make assessments and recommendations based on your findings
- Work closely with the Marketing team to identify opportunities for incremental revenue generation via website and social marketing activities
- Actively identify opportunities for improvement as it relates to content, product placement, pricing, and promotions.
- Day-to-day eCommerce Manager responsibilities include:
- Daily management of Verdi.com
- Creating and managing Verdi’s presence on Social Apps (Tik Tok and Instagram)
- Managing Verdi’s DTC marketing and branding efforts on social media channels
- Work closely with the Technology team to improve processes
- Some travel required for initial on-site training and as needed for team and partner engagement
Preferred or Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven and demonstrable track record of success in an eCommerce management role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound analysis and critical decision-making skills
